Medical Information Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Medical Renewals:

Oversee the renewal process for individual medical insurance policies. Ensure timely interaction with clients to assess their requirements and accordingly suggest suitable options for the renewal.

Follow up with clients for policy renewals.

Client Interaction & Policy Management:

Call and collect feedback from clients regarding their insurance policies.

Advise clients on the suitability of policies and its coverages.

Claims Management:

Manage the end-to-end process of claim handling.

Follow up with insurance companies and TPAs for approvals, reimbursements, and any other escalations.

Qualifications:

Any graduate degree is acceptable.

At least 2-3 years of experience with any insurance brokerage Firm.

Proven experience in medical insurance operations or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of individual medical insurance policies.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
