Hiring on behalf of a well-established client, we are seeking a professional and welcoming an Entry Level Receptionist to join a reputable medical laboratory in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, assisting visitors and patients, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth experience for all. The ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor and Patient Management: Greet and guide visitors and patients, direct them to appropriate departments, and manage incoming calls efficiently.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective use of the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Communication: Act as the primary contact for inquiries, coordinate with staff and departments, and communicate updates as needed.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks such as data entry, record maintenance, and handling mail and deliveries.
- Data Management: Accurately input patient information into LIS and CRM systems, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to data privacy standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in customer service or administration are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a reception or administrative role, preferably in healthcare or a medical laboratory setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, LIS, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with healthcare privacy regulations.
- Language: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Arabic.
- Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, high level of integrity, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
