Position Overview:
The Medical Relationship Manager oversees operational aspects in a medical sector, including worker management, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and confidential information handling. Responsibilities include managing system requests, resolving complaints, and ensuring contract adherence.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the follow-up of all requests in the system (such as exit and re-entry, final exit) and others.
- Supervise the follow-up of residence renewal in the system and prevent any worker from entering a duplicate in the labor office.
- Ensure and follow up on the documentation of workers in government platforms.
- Supervise the follow-up of the Ajeer system with clients.
- Ensure growth with clients and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the delivery of new arrivals IDs (arrival) to clients.
- Resolve all worker complaints received from the call center.
- Supervise worker absences and ensure no absences before the termination of their contracts in the system.
- Visit various clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Ensure responsiveness to clients and high attention to their communications.
- Follow up with clients on financial requests and ensure they pay the company's dues.
- Maintain complete confidentiality in all work-related matters and information.
- Perform any other tasks assigned related to the nature of the work.
Qualification:
- Minimum experience required to fill the position: 3-4 years
