Job Summary:
promoting current and potential new products in the assigned territory through strengthening and diversifying relations with existing clients and establishing contacts with new ones, to increase sales and optimise client´s account and sales budgets.
Job duties:
- Collates accurate and prompt basic sales information, to keep track of and follow up on clients accounts and contracts.
- Promotes current and potential new products with customers, in order to help achieve sales budget.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with customers, in order to achieve sales targets and regularly report back to management on business plans.
- Identifies new business trends and keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends, in order to promote Hikma products in an attractive way.
- Performs cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers, in order to promote the needed Hikma products to the targeted customers and meet their needs.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships, in order to ensure future sales.
- Analyse the territory/markets potential, in order to track sales and status reports.
- Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services, to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints and maximize satisfaction.
