Job Purpose:
- Responsible for supervising the implementation of the sales plan (daily - weekly - monthly) for sales of medical services to the medical sector (Private and Government Companies Syndicates - Insurance Companies) to achieve the sales target and work to maintain existing customers and acquire clients Renew according to the sales plan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a plan to increase the volume of existing customers through the list of target customers to increase the sales share of the medical sector and introduce new contracts to increase sales.
- Follow up on the implementation of the sales plan by the sales officials by monitoring the daily sales to update the position of the daily, weekly, and monthly sales plan.
- Conduct field visits to new and existing customers and make visits with vendors to raise sales efficiency, solve their problems and develop the level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on all new changes in the market or competitors and prices to prepare a report and send it to the direct manager by collecting the various detailed data and sending all the required reports.
- Help his direct teamwork to achieve their goals.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, veterinary medicine, science or any relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in any relevant field.
- Good command in spoken and written English.
- Very good command of MS Office.
- Must own a car.
