Job Brief:
iVein Clinic is looking to hire a persuasive and customer-oriented medical sales representative to persuade health care professionals to purchase our medical Services. The medical sales representativeâs responsibilities include identifying new opportunities to increase product sales, investigating and resolving customer complaints, and strategically negotiating the terms of sale with customers to close sales. You should also be able to take the necessary steps to develop an in-depth understanding of the latest clinical data proffered by the company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct effective regular offices visits to referring medical insurance companies and sub_ companies to achieve and exceed sales target
- Generate and renew contracts with new medical insurance companies and corporates, and maintain contract database for companiesÂ
- Educate new and existing target contacts on services offered by iVein CLINIC
- Establish and maintain relationships with medical devision staff in target accounts
- Maintain image of iVein CLINIC in the target community as cutting-edge experts on the treatment of vein disease
- Provide input and implement and execute comprehensive segment specific marketing/development plan. Based on understanding of professional and consumer trends to drive sustained growth of the brand and organization.
- Develop go-to-market strategy for designated segment responsibilities.
- Annual sales planning process for respective product / segment responsibilities.
- Actively plan and modify as needed
- Market intelligence
- Work to analyze customer needs, current market conditions and competitor information and recommend appropriate strategies/ initiatives.
- Integrate customer knowledge and market data into the Upstream Marketing and Business Development when appropriate.
- Report on return on investment and key performance
- Create marketing presentations.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products whenever needed.
Job Requirements:
Medical Sales Representative's Minimum Requirements:
- 2-4 years of outside/B2B sales experience required in hospitals and medical centers
- Medical Sales experience (is a plus)
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent in Marketing, Sales, Communications or Business Development (preferred)
- Target oriented
- English language proficiency (a must)
- Good Computer skills , MS Office (Word/Excel)
- Decent negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Proactive in creating and executing plans.
- Has a strong drive to succeed.
