Responsibilities
- Determine customer needs, estimate work, suggest upgrades and provide solutions.
- Get leads, make cold calls, follow up calls and visit potential doctors.
- Develop long term relationships to create brand loyalty.
- Persuade healthcare professionals to purchase our medical products.
- Identify new opportunities to increase product sales.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications
- University graduate faculty of Dentistry, Biomedical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in Medical equipment sales.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of MS Office
- Good time management skills
- Presentable with Confident and charismatic approach towards people.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and products.
- Ability to understand and interpret clinical data.
- Familiarity with medical legislation and its impact on sales.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
