The Role
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will serve as a scientific liaison to the medical/scientific community and will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with prominent HealthCare Providers within a designated area.
The MSL will represent both MPC and Principal to the Scientific community in UAE and will act as Vaccine Single Point of Contact for MPC and Principal commercial teams.
What you will do
- Maintain an updated database of key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Raise Vaccine awareness, drive diagnosis efforts and patient identification.
- Primary interface between Principal and Scientific Experts in UAE including Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Doctors and Government regulators, providing deep and advanced disease state and product expertise and facilitating the work of the Scientific Expert when it aligns with Client's mission.
- Facilitate scientific engagement, scientific exchange, and medical information.
- Maintain the highest level of knowledge regarding Vaccines including competitor products and investigational compound information to enable them to be scientifically credible peers of Scientific Experts.

- Resolving key experts issues and complaints
- Developing a complete understanding of key Experts needs
- Assist commercial teams in negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
- Responsible for initiating & executing Patient awareness programs in hospitals and clinics in collaboration with commercial teams.
- Provide clinical presentations and respond to medical requests.
- Serves as a medical expert for internal medical and sales training.

What you must have
- A Bachelor's degree and/or MBA.
- Minimum 3-5 years Sales experience in Vaccines sales.
- Preferably, 1-2 years experience as MSL-Vaccines.
- Customer centric mindset.
- Strong Negotiation skills with the ability to build a selling proposition and create a win-win situation.
- Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of Arabic considered advantageous.
- A structured and strategic approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation skills.
- A valid UAE Driving License.
- Territory Assigned: UAE market.
