NAOS CX is seeking a Bilingual Team Leader with a Medical Background to join our team. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of bilingual professionals, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:

Requirement:
- Fluency in English and Arabic to effectively communicate with a diverse team
- Bachelor's degree in a medical field, such as pharmaceutical sciences, medicine, veterinary, or a related study
- Previous Call center Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a pharmaceutical or medical field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and processes
