Job Description:

We are seeking to hire a Platinum Member Concierge who will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our highest tier of members. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end waitstaff and customer service roles, and will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining warm relationships with each of our 100+ platinum members, knowing their names, work, hobbies, etc.
• Greeting and assisting members upon entrance, taking their orders, and making them feel at home at the club.
• Supporting members with any and all queries, including but not limited to: F&B orders, simulator rentals, restaurant reservations, taxi pick-up, event bookings, etc.
• Providing waitstaff services to members and their guests in the Platinum Members Lounge.
• Serving as the face of Platinum membership for all things related to troubleshooting, recommendations, and requests.
• Providing site tours and fielding membership queries.
• Supporting the hosting of corporate and platinum member events when necessary.
