Job Description

We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We are seeking a MENA Talent Acquisition Sourcer to work in one of our valued client offices in Dubai. Our client is a social media video content platform for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos and with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries.

Purpose of Role: Support talent sourcing and recruitment coordination for LIVE at the MENA region.

About the Team:

The LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, serving our client and their parent company's international products. As a new form of content, live-streaming creates value for all parties in the ecosystem.

The LIVE Talent Acquisition Team builds a team of some of the best Product Managers and Regional Operations. We work directly with local teams to help them grow their teams and businesses, and strive to bring the best HR practices and improve processes to enhance our efficiency as well.

We are looking for talented individuals to join the Talent Acquisition team for a 12-month contract position based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key technical talent at all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team (Talent Acquisition Business Partners and other Sourcers) and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure the business needs and goals are met.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and manage stakeholder relationships, including HRBP, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Conduct complex data analysis, providing up-to-date, accurate, and value-added market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
  • Take ownership of the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote TikTok as an excellent place to work for all candidates.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  1. 2+ years of international sourcing experience in internet companies, with preferred experience in sourcing overseas candidates related to operational roles.
  2. Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify and engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space and output target companys mapping lists.
  3. Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners across different locations.
  4. Ability to contribute efficiently with strong data sense in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to detail).
  6. Fluency in English (mandatory).

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Preferred fluency in additional languages, especially Arabic or Mandarin, to assess and evaluate candidates language proficiency.
