Job Description
MEP engineer works duties:
Using AutoCAD and word processing programs to create MEP plans
Preparing cost estimates
Overseeing the work ensuring adherence to the project schedule
Coordinating on-site work with architects, structural engineers and electrical engineers
Providing MEP system installation, maintenance and technical advice to service providers, supervisors and inspectors
Inspecting, analysing and finding solutions for engineering issues related to the MEP features
Reviewing contractor drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the MEP design plan
Making technical clarifications to resolve coordination issues and design modifications to suit specific on-site construction requirements
Undertaking off-site inspections of MEP equipment and materials to ensure compliance with regulations and project suitability
Site experience in basic design requirements, estimation, installation and all site activities related to all Mechanical works for construction of building projects.
Education Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
