Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision of the working activity and guarantee of the realization of directives received in health, safety and environment for Daikin workers and sub-contractors
- Establish strategy and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary.
- Responsible for establishing all aspects of the project phases, including, time frame, cash flow, work procedures, staffing requirements, Engineering change (variations) and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
- Supervise the right working execution of workers and sub-contractors
- Plan and analyse assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters and set procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications.
- Review and analyse status reports prepared by project planner or supervisors and modify schedules or plans as required including generating tasks and/or milestones.
- Establish a professional relationship with customers and interfaces consistently to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews.
- Prepare project reports for management, client, or others to ensure clear communication and expectations.
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost, POC, time, and customer satisfaction at completion.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering and operations department to create quotes for any Engineering change and timely update on payment certificates.
- Examine and review contracts by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans.
Job Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the similar role
- Able to travel across Saudi Arabia for multiple project locations
- Ability to analyse system types and understanding designs for HVAC systems.
- Strong technical background on refrigeration plant, including ammonia systems will be a plus
- Understanding of MEP contractual terms
- Capability to read and understand drawings and technical documents, including PID and electric diagram
- Fair knowledge of Safety and Risk assessment
- Project execution business background
Education:
Graduate with an Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Electrical or Equivalent)
Skills:
- Good English writing skills (reports making, correspondence, etc.) to make comprehensive offers also verbal communication skill
- Good Technical, analytical and problem solving kills
- Knowledge of MS office ( Excel, Word & PPT, Project) is required to carry out the job
- Good interpersonal skills
