Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for a major project. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling large-scale projects and be capable of delivering results within strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage MEP activities from project initiation to completion.
- Review project designs and ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
- Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient execution.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager on large-scale projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be available to join immediately and commit to a 1-year contract.
