As a high end luxury resident, offices, retail maintenance company we are looking for a MEP QC ENGINEER to perform MEP inspections of the residents, offices, retails of developed or constructed by Alpago Properties and Alpago Contracting.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality control plans for MEP systems.
- Monitor and evaluate construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Inspections:
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Identify and document non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
Testing and Commissioning:
- Oversee testing and commissioning processes for MEP systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Review and verify test results and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, test results, and compliance reports.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to management and project stakeholders.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Provide guidance and support to construction teams on quality-related matters.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in project meetings to discuss quality performance and improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and best practices related to MEP systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or relevant engineering from reputable universities. Or diploma holders with more than 10 years experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction or maintenance of building and fit out projects and/or luxury hotel/high-class residential buildings and high-class retail and f&b projects.
- Fluent in English.
