Job Description:
AESG are seeking a passionate and driven MEP Site Engineer for an exciting new opportunity to work within AESGs award winning Sustainable Engineering department.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on site to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and local codes
Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all MEP works are carried out to the required quality standards.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the MEP systems that may arise during construction, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and costs
Prepare and submit detailed site reports, including daily progress, quality assurance documentation, and any non-compliance issues
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall project design and construction schedule
Ensure that all MEP works are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and site safety protocols
Provide technical guidance and support to contractors and site staff, ensuring that MEP systems are installed correctly and efficiently.
Oversee the testing and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring they operate effectively and meet all performance criteria
Maintain accurate records of all MEP activities, including materials used, tests performed, and any changes to design or specifications
Essential Skills:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in MEP site supervision, preferably within the construction industry in the Middle East region
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, etc.) are an advantage.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, local building codes, and construction practices in KSA
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
