We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of experience in the interior fit-out field within the UAE. The MEP Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all MEP aspects of our interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
Project Supervision: Oversee and manage all MEP works on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of MEP installations to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Health and Safety:
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols related to MEP works, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with local regulations.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any MEP-related issues or discrepancies on-site promptly and effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of MEP activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and quality control documents.
Client Interaction:
Communicate with clients regarding MEP aspects of the project, providing updates and addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.Resource Management:
Manage and monitor MEP resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient use and cost control.Experience:
Maximum of 6 years in the interior fit-out field within the UAE.Education:
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.Skills:- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP technical drawings and specifications.
In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and installation processes in the interior fit-out context.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
