Job Description:Â

·        Drives the sales plan through consistent focus on studying the business, monitoring inventory and sales performance, and bringing in new products based on predicted needs of the customer.Â

·        Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed.Â

·        Track shipments and address any delays.Â

·        Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals.Â

·        Achieving sales and inventory plans in our retail stores that meet the assigned financial targets and company objectives..Â

·        Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality.Â

·        Analyze the slow movement items in consultation with dept. staff & advice for corrective action.

·        Make visits to the stores on weekly basis to ensure the consolidation of stock are well executed.

·        Ensure distribution to be made based on the shop budget & requirementÂ

·        Forecast future merchandise plans based on best selling & trendy products.

Job Requirements

·        Bachelor degree in any discipline.Â

·         1-3 years of experience.

·        Proven work experience as a Merchandising Planner or a Stock Controller preferably in fashion industry.Â

·        Good understanding of supply chain procedures.Â

·        Excellent analytical & organization skills.Â

·        Good communication and negotiation abilities.Â
