Our client is a leading player in the confectionery and chocolate industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers/clients. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.

Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement and stock levels.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan promotional displays and events.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Train and support retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.

Ensure compliance with company standards and brand guidelines.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising within the confectionery and chocolate sector.

Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel as required.
