Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-8 Years of technical experience
- Very Good use of MS Office programs
- Very good Command of Spoken and written English, Local Language.
- Having effective communication skills and prone to teamwork
- Strong in organization and coordination
- Ability to plan and coordinate
- Have strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- No travel restrictions
- Have a driving license and can actively drive
- Male candidates must have completed military service
Responsibilities:
- Forecasting style wise quantity base on last season sales and growth projection for upcoming season.
- Pursuing relevant department for Tech-Files, Measurement Spec, base pattern and all other details to start costing in early stage.
- Ensuring development of Trims & Accessories for the Goods (Merchandise).
- Make sure fabric been developed and all materials prices been finalized after negotiation with workable ETA & ETD for said product specially for imported materials.
- Confirm all details of the style / product been uploaded into the system for suppliers and others department to understanding and act accordingly
- Collecting effective workable costing from local and overseas suppliers and compare laded cost to justify right suppliers for right products.
- Follow up samples and its approval stage for smooth production, and update status with comments into the system accordingly.
- Keeping close interaction with different department to ensure PO's, LC's, Shipping approval, Test procedures, color approval etc. getting generated on-time and uploading into system.
- Follow up production from the cutting to final inspection via effective CPS in a regular basis Determine logistic lead time with import department to set appropriate shipment date subject to the different sourcing hub & location globally
- Makes sure desire goods hits to the desire DC / warehouse on time with buffe
