What you will be doing:
Merchant Account Management:
Onboard new merchants, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Manage and maintain existing merchant accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Address and resolve any merchant inquiries or issues promptly and efficiently.
Transaction Processing:
Monitor and manage transaction processing to ensure seamless operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any transaction processing issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with the technical team to implement and test new payment solutions.
Customer Support:
Provide top-notch customer service to merchants, addressing their needs and concerns.
Educate merchants on best practices and how to optimize their payment processing.
Conduct regular check-ins with merchants to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure all merchant activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and regulatory changes.
Assist in the development and implementation of security measures to protect merchant and customer data.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on merchant account performance and transaction processing.
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to management based on analysis.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, technical, and compliance teams to ensure a cohesive approach to merchant services
Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving our payment solutions and services.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the payments industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant services, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using payment processing platforms and CRM systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Valued skills:
Experience with international payment processing.
Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and integrations.
