Job Description
Onboarding customers which include setting up accounts and on-site training.
Help drive fast time to the first implementation and overcome any blockers that may arise
Provide holistic program support to new customers in the onboarding phase
Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and key stakeholders
Assist and Coach customers on Salla Products and trainings to enable them to become self-sufficient.
Ensure seamless customer handovers from the Onboarding team to the regional Customer Success team.
Onboard, guide, and mentor the seller on one on one basis at every touchpoint in their Journey.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor s degree
2+ years experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company
Experience with E-commerce platforms ( Preferred has an experience managing stores at Salla)
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Critical thinking and proven complex problem solving skills required.
