About The Role.
The role is based on client onboarding, you'll be responsible for managing the onboarding process and maintaining a positive experience for our new clients once they start working with Bosta. You'll be responsible for providing 360 degree assistance to queries and guarantee the best possible experience with Bosta.
You'll diagnose problems and efficiently execute tasks to onboard our clients and keep them happy. This is the perfect opportunity to take your first steps in an exciting fast growing company, and develop your account management abilities
What You Will Do
- Train our clients on how to use our system to create, track & monitor their orders
- Deliver client-focused solutions based on client needs
- Effectively build positive long-term relationships with our clients
- Accurately updates the pipe drive following each client interaction
- Ensuring clients are charged the correct price for the service provided
- Make sure that the new accounts are stable and active during the incubation period
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in client onboarding or a similar role
- An eye for detail to drive process improvements
- Effective prioritization to manage several goals simultaneously
- Clear and engaging communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work autonomously, and remain motivated to hit weekly targets
