Mergers and Acquisitions Associate

Hays is working with one of the worlds largest investment banking entities and they are looking to hire a M&A Associate to join their exceptional team in Riyadh.

The M&A Associate will be leading the team in overseeing the execution of transactions, managing client relationships along with being involved in deal structuring, negotiating terms, and supervising analysts. You will also prepare pitch materials, presentations, and assist with due diligence, financial modelling and transaction documentation along with providing strategic insights to clients and ensure the smooth progression throughout the deal cycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or related subjects
• Masters degree or CFA is highly preferred
• 5-6 years of experience in M&A or IPO transactions
• Middle East transaction experience is preferred
• Experience working in leading investment banking/sovereign wealth fund/multinational banks
• Must have strong technical, leadership and communication skills
