Key Responsibilities:- Delivery and Pickup: Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other items to and from various locations as assigned.
Route Planning:
Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including obtaining necessary signatures and documentation.Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with the delivery process.
- Communication: Report any issues or delays promptly to the supervisor and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Ensure the vehicle (if provided) is in good working condition, clean, and properly maintained.Compliance:
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while performing duties. Previous experience as a messenger or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.- bachelors degree ,diploma or equivalent.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Valid UAE driving license
