JOB PURPOSE :
Develop and implement the microbiology lab responsible activities according to the standard procedures and in compliance with the regulatory requirements.
Review and check the microbiology lab seniors, analysts and technician's activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS :
Organize and schedule lab work.
Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, submit budget recommendations and monitor expenditures
Prepare analytical and statistical reports on operations and activities.
Supervise Instruments Logbooks, Check and Follow-up the adherence to GMP in Supervise Instruments Logbooks, Check and Follow-up the adherence to GMP in
Timely issuing and reviewing SOPs
initiate or participate in the validation studies.
participate in OOS/OOT investigations
check all lab results, COA, and records.
Ensure Safety measures in the lab are conducted properly.
Prepare & Update Sops, Validation protocols regarding microbiology activities & Other control documentation used.
Environmental monitoring.
Participate in cleaning validation, Process validation & hold time valdiation studies & review protocols
Education:
Bachelor of Science, or pharmacy
Experience:
5 7 years
