Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM applications using C#, JavaScript, and HTML to meet specific business requirements.
- Configure, develop, and support Dynamics 365 CRM in line with industry best practices.
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot existing applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Design and implement integrations with other systems using Power Platform and various integration tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements for new and existing projects.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM applications efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Experience with configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Familiarity with the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation.
- A proactive approach to staying informed about new technologies and advancements in the field of Dynamics 365.
