Microsoft Dynamics Implementer and Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Implementer and Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions, with a focus on customization, integration, and ensuring business requirements are met. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Customization:

Analyze business requirements and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that align with organizational needs.

Customize Microsoft Dynamics applications using plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and other tools.

Configure modules such as Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing.

2. Development:

Develop and deploy custom code, integrations, and extensions for Dynamics 365 applications.

Use Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality.

Write scripts, develop reports, and design dashboards using Power BI.

3. Integration:

Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with third-party applications, ERP systems, and other tools.

Work with APIs and web services to ensure smooth data flow between systems.

4. Testing and Support:

Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for end-users.

5. Upgrades and Maintenance:

Plan and execute system upgrades and new module implementations.

Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices are followed during development and maintenance.

6. Documentation:

Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation for the implemented solutions.

Maintain version control and documentation of all customizations.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Experience:

Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer or Implementer.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Finance, Customer Service).

Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

3. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.

Knowledge of Dynamics SDK, customization tools, and workflows.

Understanding of Azure services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions) is a plus.

4. Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
