The day-to-day
L2 M365 Operations will contain the following activities:
- Assess the current deployed M365 Services and Build enhancement roadmap
- Provide service management and operation in the light of the vendor best practices
- Monitor the performance of the covered services operations using its logs and built-in reports.
- Suggest the proper monitoring tools to enhance the operations.
- Proactively act to alerts and notification that are raised through the monitoring activities.
- Perform monthly health check processes and procedures for operation.
- Assuring on overall services stability by performing performance optimization regularly.
- Maintain services security strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage change and incidents management.
- Create and update system management and operational documents.
- Deployment of approved Microsoft security patches and updates
- Notifications of service issues discovered through monitoring and resolution.
- Managing and maintaining mail security
- Plan and Manage Backup Strategy using Veeam Technologies
- Provide End Users training to enhance productivity.
- Enable more M365 features to make full use of its license.
