We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft product and services Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Microsoft products and services, as well as providing presales support to our sales team.
This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
He will be also responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions using Microsoft products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, , or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management and presales, particularly with Microsoft products and services.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and power BI
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, RFP preparation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, power BI, analytic tools) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI development, with a strong focus on Microsoft products and services.
- Product Manager:
- Oversee the lifecycle of Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365, AI product, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI etc..
- Collaborate with end user, professional service team, and sales teams to ensure successful products selling.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during the presales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for potential clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
