Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Microsoft Sales Executive to lead the sales efforts of Microsoft products and solutions, such as Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft's product offerings and have a proven track record in solution selling, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for Microsoft products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing the market and identifying potential clients.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to drive long-term partnerships.
- Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored Microsoft solutions.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and sales pitches to showcase Microsoft's products and services.
- Handle negotiations, pricing, and contract terms to close deals successfully.
- Solution Selling:
- Understand customer challenges and business objectives to position Microsoft solutions that create value.
- Provide consultative sales approaches to help clients maximize their use of Microsoft technologies, including cloud solutions, productivity tools, and business applications.
- Collaboration & Partnership:
- Work closely with technical teams, marketing, and other internal departments to develop comprehensive solutions.
- Collaborate with Microsoft partners and third-party vendors to create cohesive sales strategies.
- Account Management:
- Manage existing accounts and ensure the delivery of top-notch service to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead client renewal processes and upsell additional services/products.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to leadership.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in selling Microsoft products (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365) or similar enterprise solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and solutions.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Familiarity with solution selling and consultative sales techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert).
- Experience in working with cloud computing solutions and SaaS-based models.
- Strong network of contacts in the enterprise sector.
