What You'll Do
We are looking for a highly driven individual with a passion for employee benefits. You will be responsible for providing benefits and wellbeing support across the ME offices (Dubai, Riyadh, Doha). This is a busy and fast paced role, so attention to detail and prioritization are a must!
You will work with the ME Benefits team and the role will include the following:
- Shared ownership of the benefits mailbox you will manage and maintain the inbox, dealing with ad-hoc queries and escalating to the correct team where necessary.
- Help support team members with monthly administrative processes, including uploading data files to benefit providers so benefit enrolments and deletions can be processed on time.
- Responsible for updating and building process documents and knowledge base where appropriate.
- Creating useful resources for employees, such as FAQs.
- Identifying ways to streamline and automate manual processes.
- General support with HR projects and day to day administration.

You Bring (experience & Qualifications)
- A graduation degree
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services or multi-national company
- Experience working in a fast-paced team, experience working with teams across multiple geographies is preferred
- Experience of working with a benefits platform (ideal, but not essential).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
