MIS Executive (IT)

POSITION SUMMARY:

To provide on-time technical support and solution based on MIS Support Request.

Responsible to maintain and administer company computers, servers, network and to ensure high availability of system infrastructure and operation.

Expect to work closely with end users and provide daily support

Responsibilities:

• To support and maintain Workstation, Notebook, Printers and Photocopier.

To support all Workstation Operating System available in IQM.

• Responsible for MIS Asset Management.

Responsible for Time Attendance Support and Maintenance.

• Involve in first level technical support.

To assists in security devices, Network (LAN/WAN/WIFI, Routers, Firewall, Switches) & Maintenance activities.

• Responsible to maintain, support and provide continuous improvement for:

Servers/ Desktop/ Notebooks

• All Servers Administration and Operating System available in IQM

System Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Maintain a smooth Telecommunication System in IQM

Support MIS in other activities where necessary.

• To provide continuous support to ISO

To support and develop Notes Databases.

• To support and administration Designing Software.

To support and maintain Notes Database design program code/scripts.

• Notes Databases enhancement project.

To provide technical support on Genius Project.

• To provide weekly restore & verify IQD/IQWs Sunlike ERP Database on backup server at IQM.

To provide technical support on ROs Taiwan Sunlike ERP System

• To setup and configure multimedia communication for business related meeting.

Software License administration & audit

• Network infrastructure analysis and optimization to enhance the overall performance, stability, and security of the network.

Business communication tools analysis and improvement.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in relevant field.

• Basic knowledge in Programming, Server Administration, IT workstation, OS and networking.

Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and analytical skill.

• Able to work independently and with good self-initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
