Requirement:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Information Technology, or Data Science, or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, and quality support roles.- Possesses strong problem-solving, reasoning and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel & CRM knowledge.
