Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Moderator at A-Plus App in Mansoura. The Moderator will be responsible for monitoring user-generated content, engaging with the online community, enforcing community guidelines, and resolving disputes or issues that may arise.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in content moderation or community management
• Ability to enforce guidelines and resolve conflicts effectively
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms or educational technology is a plus
