Modern Workplace Solution Area Specialist - MSFT B2B - FR
Job Description
Microsoft Modern Workplace (M365) Solution Area Specialists with a strong technical presales background. This individual will collaborate closely with the sales team to engage with end clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate the capabilities of Microsoft's Modern Workplace solution.
- Secure new customer wins for Microsoft Modern Workplace: Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with the Customer Lifecycle Manager and Partner Connection Manager.
- Develop and maintain advanced to expert level in Microsoft 365 suite and product differentiators in assigned Solutions Plays (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- Collaborate with our sales team in the pre-sales phase to develop solutions focused on modern workplace transformations.
- Provide product overview and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios.
- Conducting discovery sessions to gather relevant information and identify opportunities where M365 can add value.
- Defining, designing and creating an overall blueprint of the Microsoft Practice's services and to align with the overall business goals.
- Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers over Teams
- Serving as the technical face to customers during the sales phase, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers
- Engaging with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements related to Microsoft solutions.
- Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net new revenue and sales pipeline, as well as operational metrics
Skills Needed:
- 3-5 years of technology-related sales or business development experience; Experience working within a technical sales or presales environment is a Must.
- Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills and comfortable presenting at Senior Executive / Board level.
- Experience in Office 365 transformations including implementation of Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Proven track record of leading customer engagement and driving revenue growth.
- Experience and understanding of workplace security with Microsoft EMS E5 suite.
- Knowledge of M365 related components including Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Intune, Entra ID, M365 Compliance (Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Information Protection), Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management.
- Microsoft 365 Certifications is a must.
- Working understanding of complementary emerging technologies including Microsoft Copilot.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
- Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role
