It is a new startup company in 10th of Ramadan City specialized in the Mold production. it employs the latest CNC machine technologies the likes of Okuma and various other machine vendors. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mold Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is required to have a thorough understanding of mold design and manufacturing processes, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality molds for plastic injection molding applications.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mold Designer at Nexus Engineering located in Cairo, Egypt. The Tools Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with tooling design, design engineering, mold design, DFM, and injection molding.

Qualifications

• Tooling Design, Design Engineering, and Mold Design
• Mold and Injection Molding
• Experience in tooling design and mold design
• Thorough understanding of DFM and CNC manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of injection molding processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with CAD/CAM software
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Effective communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
