MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform professional services according to standards with attention to detail and in a prompt timely manner.
- Provide a variety of high-quality spa treatments, with a focus on Moroccan hammams.
- Conduct thorough consultations with guests to tailor treatments to their specific needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in treatment rooms and communal areas.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with hotel policies.
- Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally and courteously.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury hotel or spa setting.
- Proven expertise in performing Moroccan hammams and other traditional treatments.
- Relevant certifications in massage therapy, esthetics, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
