Job Overview:

A mortgage advisor has in-depth knowledge of the market to find mortgage products suitable for the needs of various clients, helping them to find and apply for the right mortgage and making sure they are fully informed about the availability.

What you'll do:

• Mortgage consultation and mortgage case supporting.
• Communicate with customers to help them choose the best mortgage loan they can afford.
• Coordinating with the agents for case submission to bank till property registration.
• Investigate and settle customers complaints.
• Maintain client's database in company's CRM.
• Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers.
• Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships.

Professional Requirements

• Any bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Mortgage in UAE and or PRO and Consulting Service experience
• Preferably Russian speaker with good command in English language.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Word
• UAE driving license is mandatory
