Motion Graphic Designer

Job Description

• Meet with departments to establish visions and ideas for needed designs.
• color correction, color grading, and visual effects.
• Create 2D motion graphics videos related to the storyboard.
• Create 2D drawings and design layout from start to end work.
• Editing of raw video clips and compiling video sequences
• Find suitable picks, related images, and sounds if needed.
• Determine the appropriate audio clips, including sound effects, music, etc.
• Editing of sound and making improvements to it using specialized audio programs
• Merging and separating sounds and using sound effects.
• Experience in using specialized software such as design (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Audition)

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion design, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and effective projects.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphic design.
• Expertise in motion graphics software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with an ability to convey complex messages through animation.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
• Obtained a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Capable of effectively collaborating within team settings as well as independently, demonstrating versatility to thrive in diverse work environments.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing animations, motion graphics, and montages.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and motion design techniques.
• Strong creativity and artistic vision, with the ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and feedback.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
