We are looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer to help in the creation and execution of engaging static and motion graphics for the digital medium. The desired creative professional should be comfortable performing the following tasks:
Follow Briefs & Brands
- The candidate should know how to read and decipher briefs and execute the intended concept while keeping the outcome aligned with the brand's identity.
Graphic Design & Animation:
- The needed designer will be producing the visuals of the applied concept, from static layouts (posts, banners, flyers) to animated graphics (stories, logo animations, transitions). The designer must have a balanced eye and an efficient hand.
Video Editing (when needed):
- On exceptional events, the designer is expected to fill-in when help is needed, from editing footage to sound clips.
Typical activities include but not limited to:
- Forging and executing exciting graphic and digital concepts
- Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media
- Generating ideas
- Working with creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc.
- Staying up to date with the digital-industry trends
- Staying up to date on the latest static and motion techniques
- Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client
- Collaborating across the agency to drive up standards of visual and digital creativity
- Client pitch design and preparation
Skills required:
- Following guidelines and briefs
- Strong graphic and visual design capabilities
- Strong digital design capabilities

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to think creatively and deliver clever concepts

- Meticulous attention to detail
- Continuous learning and research especially in the fields he/she are less experienced in
Experience:
- Significant industry experience (min 2 years)
Knowledge of these software packages is imperative:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- After Effects
- Premiere
Knowledge in any of these software is a plus
- Adobe Audition
- Sketch
- Blender
