Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of professional visual experience. Your creativity, technical skills, and understanding of design principles will be invaluable to making creative designs.Roles and Responsibilities:Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and project stakeholders to understand project goals and objectives.Conceptualize and create visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.Develop storyboards and design concepts to effectively convey ideas and messages through motion graphics.Utilize industry-standard software and tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D to create motion graphics and animations.Work closely with video editors, illustrators, and graphic designers to seamlessly integrate motion graphics into multimedia content.Conduct quality control checks and revisions to ensure the highest standards of visual quality and accuracy.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, film, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in motion graphics software and tools, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and typography.Excellent creativity and communication skills to work with creative teams.Preferred Skills:Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).Knowledge of video editing and compositing techniques.Familiarity with sound design and synchronization for motion graphics.Experience in a specific industry or niche (e.g., advertising, entertainment, e-learning).Proficiency in other multimedia and design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
