To be able to provide an exclusive MTM service experience to the customer through identifying customer needs, offering high quality advice and proposing suitable products, building relationships with key plus new MTM customers and cultivating customer loyalty.
Functional Responsibilities
- To be the point of reference / leader for all MTM related services : sharing MTM information within the stores and training Store Customer Advisors on MTM pluses and advantages in order to identify possible MTM Customers
- To act as the liaison between the MTM Area Manager and the stores in order to facilitate smooth functioning of MTM services.
- To follow up on all MTM orders and be in charge of all relevant logistic processes.
- To be responsible of all MTM tools and material within the stores
- To effectively and consistently network to get new MTM customers and expand database.
- To analyse the monthly MTM business and report the same to the General Manager and MTM Area Manager with suggestions and ideas for enhancement of the business.
- To coordinate all team activities focused to contact and invite customers for MTM service in the stores.
- To demonstrate entrepreneurial mind set in developing the MTM business.
- To consolidate Zegna's loyal MTM customers and try to recover / activate dormant customers.
- To ensure the accuracy and correctness of the CRM data.
- To be in charge of MTM training and subsequent monitoring and reporting of results.
- At any given point of time to be always up-to-date with Competitor knowledge - what they are offering and their USP.To select / identify appropriate Store Customer Advisors who would be developed into MTM specialists and to also identify and mentor one of them to eventually grow into his role.
Education/ Qualification
- Level (5)
- Certified by the MTM Global Academy
Experience
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as Store Customer Advisor within a high end fashion industry with at least another 3 to 4 years specialized in MTM Services.
