We are seeking a creative and skilled Multimedia Designer to join our ads team in Amman/ Cairo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both graphic design and motion graphics, with a passion for creating visually stunning and engaging ad content. This role will involve collaborating with our marketing team to design and produce high-quality multimedia assets for various digital advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create visually appealing static and animated ad content, including motion graphics and videos, for digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all multimedia assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
- Willingness to think outside the box and come up with fresh ideas to make ads stand out and drive conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in multimedia design and digital advertising.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Multimedia or Motion Graphics Designer, preferably in digital advertising or marketing.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of advertising principles and how to design and edit content that aligns with advertising goals, such as increasing conversions, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Familiarity with tailoring content for various social media platforms (e.g., Google, Instagram, TikTok).
- Creative and innovative mindset to produce standout ads and drive conversions.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
