ROLE SUMMARY
To provide exceptional nail art services to clients, supporting the offering of personalized care and aesthetic excellence, providing ultimate service satisfaction and relaxation to the client
ROLE PROFILE
- Provide an exceptional customer experience in line with the standards of Majid Al Futtaim
- Achieve sales targets in line with Company guidelines.
- Accountable to provide manicure, pedicure, file and polish, gel polish, nail extensions, nail arts and paraffin treatment ensuring quality services to clientele
- Understand the customer requirements and provide the beauty experience to meet and exceed expectations
- Always portray a professional attitude, body language, with the highest grooming standards, style and manners, as per guidelines.
- Accountable of all nail material and product stock levels, maintain stock balances and anticipate re-orders as per consumption.
- Ensure constant learning efforts to upgrade nail art skills, product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere treatment times as per store SOP to optimize the efficiency of services and the clients time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to do all Nail Extensions
- Recognized nail art qualifications, preferably with NVQ or internationally recognized diploma certification
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience in similar role
- Threading experience is preferred
