Our comprehensive Graduate program is designed to mould you into a skilled professional by providing you with practical experience in various functions of Emirates. This program typically targets recent graduates or professionals seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The program aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of various business functions and their strategic importance within organizations. It will last anywhere between 12 - 24 months, and include a combination of attachments, courses, and On Job Training. It will cover a wide range of topics.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma certificate from an accredited university or college
- GPA 3.0 or above (or equivalent)
- Fluency in verbal and written English (IELTS Score 6 or above)
- Emiratizationity (Passport & Khulasat Al Qaid)
- Must not be over 27 years old
