We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to oversee our sales team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in sales management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
• Identify new sales opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
• Manage and monitor sales budgets and forecast sales targets
• Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in sales management
• Experience in the Gulf region is a must
