Communication
Internal Communication:
Manager - Marine Projects, Manager â Production, Manager - QA-QC, Assistant Managers & Yardâs sections, Project Engineer / Project Supervisor
Purpose:
To provide continuous update on project status and highlight any bottle necks
External Communication:
Clients, Suppliers, Subcontractors
Purpose:
To deliver quality, safe projects on time, on budget and as per contract specification project execution
Occupational Health & Safety and Environment
Accountability:
Are accountable for their acts and omissions.
Responsibility:
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.
Authority:
To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.
