Job Description
*Title* : IT Helpdesk
*Location* : Dubai
*Duration* : 3+ Months
*Requirements* :
Three years support experience in IT
Provide 1st and 2.nd level helpdesk service to answer users inquiries regarding all types of computer systems
Perform IT hardware/software installations including new starter equipment preparation.
General networking duties including PCs, Printers and RFs setup and problem resolution
Broad understanding of IP networking concepts
User administration in Admanager ManageEngine, and other systems.
Creation of user guides and other documentation.
Onboarding and offboarding users and related equipment.
Troubleshooting of Laptops/desktops, enterprise applications, and onsite equipment.
Installing, configuring and managing operation devices of Warehouse
Apply security patches and updates promptly.
Inventory managing and tracking of IT devices
Assist in network capacity planning and optimization.
Install, maintain and provide remote connection (Remote Hands) to network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Support for creation of FAQ and Help information on IT troubleshooting.
