We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to the General Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to handle a variety of tasks with a positive attitude.
Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Serve as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
